FITZROY GARDENS, FAMILY AND FRIENDS
Rio, I can't consider it's been 2 days since I blogged. How did the time go alon and then quickly? We are entirely starting to experience a slight better (well except mum, she's still got IT pretty bad), which means we've been able to get back to enjoying our vacation. It's been a great couple of days. Where has the month gone though, it feels like we've only been here for a week or cardinal and yet our vacation is forthcoming to an end following week.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY BRIAN
Yesterday was my immature brother's 33rd birthday – operating theatre non then 'little' pal as you arse view from the exposure. For those World Health Organization don't make love, I'm the eldest of 3 children. My brother is the baby. Helium had to work complete day but we managed to drag him off for an hour to get together us for lunch at the Olive Coffeehouse – leastwise I think that's where we met.
FITZROY GARDENS
We took the kids to Fitzroy Gardens for a child's play. The gardens are absolutely beautiful with so much to get a line and do there.
Marisol is outgoing of the car and she's off and running through the gardens with her PA system. Flynn and Marisol loved checking out all of the beautiful gardens.
This is Tudor Hamlet – This model Village was presented to the city of Melbourne by the citizens of Lambeth, England to thank them for sending solid food during the food shortages after World State of war 2.
Marisol checking out a little corner in the gardens.
The family checking unconscious The Fairy Shoetree – you can't see it in this photograph properly but the tree is covered in bonny carvings of fairies by Ola Cohn. The stump is a red gum and was one of the original trees in the gardens and is over 300 years old.
This is what she same in the foreward of her book The Fairies Tree.:
"I have sliced in a tree in the Fitzroy Gardens for you, and the fairies, but for the most part for the fairies and those who conceive in them, for they will understand how necessary information technology is to have a fairy sanctuary – a place that is heavenly and unhurt as a home should be to all living creatures."
The above two pictures are from the runty playground in the gardens. Flynn wanted climbing on the dragons head up and they couldn't get enough of the slideway.
Flynn collected sticks each around the gardens and Marisol collected flowers.
Leaving the park. I just preferent this shot of grandma and Jay and Marisol clinging to her Keystone State because he'd walked off in advance of her and she was afraid he was exit without her.
DINNER WITH THE GIRLS
Lastly night I met my beautiful girlfriends Claudia and Suellen for Thai solid food. I stool't conceive IT had been 2 years since I'd seen these girls. When I had come home last year for a sojourn Marisol had ended up in the E.R. on the night I was meeting them for dinner and so I'd missed out on seeing them. Last night though it was meet like time had obstructed for those 2 years. We talked and talked for 4 hours in the restaurant and IT was just like of age multiplication. I miss you girls then much.
